We believe you work to live, but shouldn't live to work. That is why we offer our stylists the ability to make their own schedule that will best fit their lifestyle.
Commission stylists are encourage to work at least 4 days a week
We also offer unlimited sick day and vacation
Our stylists also have the ability to choose their own pricing
Our Team
While our space is gorgeous, our team is the most beautiful piece of Illusion Salon. Our stylists are driven, inspired, caring and take their career seriously.
We are careful with who we bring in to the salon. Those who are unmotivated, negative or don't care to connect with the rest of the group won't be invited to join our team. You can have peace of mind in knowing that if you choose to work with us, you'll love the people working to your left and your right.
Your Clients
Get ready to spoil your clients rotten. All of our stylists choose to embrace our 5 service standards which ensure our guest experience is second to none for all guests who come to the salon.
We proudly provide towels, drapes, backbar, retail for sale, station products, a selection of shared use color brushes, color bowls and whisks for your use.
We also offer beverages for clients (coffee, cappuccino, water, hot tea, hot chocolate, sparkling water and wine of the month) and also snacks for clients.
We also have a gorgeous social media page to help promote your business, offer optional marketing campaigns and you'll love welcoming your guests to our inviting salon space.
